Pancho Barnes Enterprises, Inc. is a closely held California corporation, and the successor to the various enterprises founded by Pancho Barnes.

All rights and interests, including copyrights, rights of publicity, and trademarks pertaining to Pancho Barnes, her life story, name, image, likeness and signature are 100% owned by Pancho Barnes Enterprises, Inc.

All music written by Pancho Barnes is copyrighted by Pancho Barnes Enterprises, and published by Oro Verde Publishing or Blue Coconut Records.

The 'Happy Bottom Riding Club' logo, consisting of a caricature of a woman on horseback, is a registered trademark and service mark of Pancho Barnes Enterprises.

The name 'Pancho Barnes' and her signature are registered trademarks and servicemarks of Pancho Barnes Enterprises, Inc.

The art-deco pyramid-style Pancho Barnes flying logo (as found at the top of the Home page to PanchoBarnes.com), is copyrighted by Pancho Barnes Enterprises, Inc.

We publish books and other visual media under the 'Oro Verde Publishing' name. We produce music CD's under the 'Blue Coconut Records' label. We package and curate museum shows around the world featuring the extensive holdings of George Hurrell photography owned by the Pancho Barnes Trust Estate Archive. Additionally, the Corporation owns a music catalog, administers a large aviation archive, and licenses various rights and trademarks for use by the entertainment, clothing, publishing, real estate and aviation industries.
